All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


🇦🇺 Australian Shipping


Standard Shipping: 4-12 business days


Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (where available)


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


🌍 International Shipping


International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Estimated delivery times are typically 7–21 business days.


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.


📍 Tracking Your Order


Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

❗ Delays & Lost Parcels


VIXYN Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather events, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.


If your parcel appears lost or delayed beyond reasonable timeframes, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


🏠 Incorrect Address


Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
